  • Issuance and approval of a visa is solely regulated by the Government of the UAE and governed by their rules and regulations that are amended from time to time.
  • It is also subject to the rules and regulations of the country of which you hold citizenship.
  • Our role is limited to accepting the visa application and required documentation, forwarding the application to the Government of Dubai for consideration of visa issue and communicating the Government of Dubai’s decision on the application.
  • If a visa has been issued based on the dates on your initial application and there are subsequent changes to your flight, your plans, or any other details, we are unable to make any changes to an existing visa. Any required changes will therefore be another complete new visa application or it will incur additional cost if changes are possible.
  • We do not accept any responsibility for late, lost or misplaced applications and or the reliability of the contents of the application. Incomplete applications will be disregarded at our discretion.
  • It is a criminal offence to submit incorrect and untrue information on the visa application forms. The UAE immigration does not take lightly to this and any other transgressions.
  • The Applicant accepts and acknowledges that we email in good faith and we do not assume any responsibility or liability for emails that have not reached us or you in time. It is therefore in your own interest to apply for the visa as soon as possible and apply follow up procedures within reasonable times.
  • In case of rejection of visa application, we will communicate such decision by the government of the UAE to the applicant but besides that no correspondence will be entertained and no visa fees will be refunded (unless specifically stated). Visas applications may be rejected if you have a criminal record or have been deported or for any other reasons determined solely by the UAE immigration office. We have no control over such decisions.
  • If you had been refused a visa before, please let us know in advance, when and why it was refused so that we know how to handle the application.
  • Similarly, we also need to know if you had a previous residence visa that was not properly cancelled or another visa such as a tourist visa that may still be valid.
  • If you have been in the UAE for more than 12 days over the last 60 days, you need to communicate this to us.
  • If you need to extend your visa, then all possible extensions have to be done via our office.
  • If in the unlikely event, you stay for more than what you are entitled to, and fail to exit, you will firstly lose your security deposit and face the full wrath of the UAE law. The UAE government does not think twice to issue a warrant of arrest for any violation of their immigration laws.
  • The UAE immigration offices are closed on a Friday and Saturdays and on their public holidays, which may be very different from the public holidays in your country. In South Africa our offices are also closed on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
  • We shall not be liable for any losses or damages, which the applicant may suffer arising from delay in processing or receiving the visa.
  • All visas issued are single entry visas.
  • All visas are non-transferable.
  • All applications must be accompanied by a visa application form, copies of the passport and the required payment and any other document that may be required from time to time.
  • In certain cases, before a visa is applied for, an applicant needs to produce a copy of his confirmed airline ticket indicating clearly the dates of arrival and departure into the UAE. A simple itinerary will not do. It has to be a confirmed air ticket.
  • Visa applications will only be processed once we have the fees reflected in our account and once all the documentation is received fully completed and signed. We will not be responsible for incomplete applications.
  • We do not accept cheques as a form of payment and therefore you are not allowed to deposit such cheques into our bank account.
  • If you have applied elsewhere for a UAE visa, or you have an un-cancelled residence visa and you do not disclose that to us, then the second application will automatically be declined due to conflict. There will be no refunds in such a case.
  • It is an explicit requirement that you enter and exit the UAE with the same passport that was used to apply for the UAE visa or else additional charges will be incurred.
  • In order for us to process the refund of the security deposit, amongst others, we need a clear scan of the exit stamp that the airport authorities stamp in your passport on departure. It is therefore imperative that you ensure that it is clear and visible. You will also need to inform us at which border of the UAE you have exited. Your banking details will also be required. If all information is received by us, we endeavor to make the refund within 14 days of receiving all the information.
  • If the authorities at the UAE airport erroneously do not update the computers with your departure details and we have to intervene to rectify the situation subsequently, then there will be an additional fee for this service.
